Food Marketers Know Their Stuff

True, we are the ones who are ultimately responsible for the foods we put in our bodies. But we can't deny there is an incredible amount of pressure out there to eat and drink what is trendy, fun, meaningful, and will make us better. Here are just a few examples of those talented food marketers at work.

I don't even drink pop, but when I see that boy lift up his gold medal it makes me want to rush out and buy a 20-ouncer and suck it down in one big gulp.

If McDonald's can bring people together and speak the universal language of friendship, why shouldn't I order those Supersize fries?

Ooooh! An Oreo Dessert Pizza mustache! Looks like fun, doesn't it?

Wow, so maybe high fructose corn syrup isn't completely evil?!? But last time I checked, Americans consumed about 60 pounds of HFCS per capita per year because it is in everything! Doesn't sound like moderation to me.
