Total yum.

I found a healthy frozen entree that I love.

The image on the box does nothing for its appeal. In fact, I was slightly depressed as I was watching it turn round and round in the microwave. But looks can be deceiving, especially when it comes food photography on boxes and cans (well sometimes. Other times those looks are not deceiving at all.)

So, despite ooglay box picture (it's even worse than below image in person) and despite being a frozen entree, Kashi Red Curry Chicken is a total yum.

I used to eat Smart Ones and Lean Cuisine all the time. I found that I definitely lost weight, but I was routinely hungry. I'd love to know how you just eat that little box and be satisfied!

On the flip side though, while the dinner you listed is fairly low, you need to watch the sodium content in these tv-dinnerish foods. Sodium = water retention = weight retention!
