Turkey + Soup + Tortillas

If you have a some lean ground turkey, some tomato soup (preferably low-sodium), and some tortillas (preferably whole-wheat), here is an easy meal you could make: Yum-Yum Taco Bake (344 calories per serving).

For the Yum-Yum Taco Bake, you'll also need:

  • Salsa
  • Milk
  • Cheddar cheese
