Blueberry Smoothies
Makes 3 cups / 117 calories per 1 1/2 cup serving![]()
1 banana
1 peach
1/2 C. fresh blueberries
1/2 C. skim milk
2 C. ice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Cut the banana and peach into pieces. Blend the banana, peach, blueberries, and milk in a blender until smooth. Add the ice; blend until ice is crushed into small crystals. Stir in the vanilla extract and enjoy!
My friend Jackie gave me a nice gift of fresh, delicious blueberries so I made these smoothies. They were the perfect way to start our day. Make them now while blueberries and peaches are better than ever!
